Overhauling

Hey lovelies! I spent the whole afternoon overhauling my blog so that it'll look prettier. Unfortunately, I'm not blog savvy and I don't know how to add vintage buttons and stuff. If anyone knows how please please please help me :( I want a pretty vintage blog! I'm really into vintage stuff and if you guys or anyone could help me, I'll love you forever!
